Squash Lessons Pathway

STEP 1 – Learn the basics with squash lessons
STEP 2 – Improve with drop-in squash
STEP 3 – Join a squash league
STEP 4 – Play on a squash team
STEP 5 – Compete in local tournaments

Our primary goal with children in this age group is to get them to a level where they can rally in a controlled manner with their friends and family members. As a result, all instructors are required to emphasize the twin issues of consistency and control. At the same time, we work to increase their overall balance, agility and coordination — skills which are applicable to all sports.

CANADIAN SPORT FOR LIFE

Parents please note: Our approach to teaching this age group is recommended by Canada’s Long Term Athlete Development Program. The skills learned in this program are transferable to many other sports and activities and will contribute to each child’s overall athletic development.
